Bar for sale! Don뭪 miss this opportunity to acquire an established bar and grill in a highly visible North Dallas historic downtown district with exceptionally low rent! This turnkey business offers a strong combination of location, affordability, established operations, and opportunities for future growth.
Established in 2022 and acquired by the current owner in 2025, this local bar and grill has developed a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that appeals to neighborhood patrons, sports fans, and customers looking for a casual place to gather with friends and family. The business offers a variety of tap options along with popular bar favorites including pizza, nachos, tacos, and other casual fare.
The business operates from a 2,674-square-foot leased facility located within a vibrant mixed-use development in a historic North Dallas downtown area. The surrounding district serves as a destination for entertainment, dining, and nightlife, helping generate strong pedestrian activity and visibility. The location offers low rent, excellent visibility, convenient access, and outdoor patio seating, providing customers with both comfortable indoor and outdoor options.
The facility and business assets are well maintained and in like-new condition, allowing a new owner to step into an established operation without the need for significant immediate capital improvements.
The business currently benefits from an existing online presence, including social media marketing and an official website. A new owner could capitalize on significant additional marketing opportunities through enhanced SEO, more active social media engagement, special events, sports-related promotions, customer loyalty programs, and targeted local marketing initiatives.
The current owner is involved at a management level, overseeing key responsibilities while a team handles the day-to-day operations. The owner currently manages inventory ordering, hiring and firing, data entry, and bookkeeping. A well-tenured employee oversees the back-of-house operation and assists with inventory management, providing operational continuity for a new owner.
The current owner is balancing this business with other ventures and is preparing for retirement, creating an excellent opportunity for a new owner to take over an established concept with low rent and a strong location.
This is an ideal opportunity for an investor seeking an established bar and grill with low overhead, a desirable downtown location, well-maintained assets, and multiple avenues for future growth.
