Smallcakes Arlington was established by VNS Sweets LLC in December 2017 and has run the business to the current date. The customer base consists of upper-middle-class individuals from neighboring residential areas and individuals who are commuting to-and-from the nearby highway. A majority of the clients are women who are in their 30s to their 50s.
